Halloween Decorations

Decorations, Decorations, Decorations. Halloween is a time for decorations. If you are on a budget, some of these ideas will come in handy when it comes to decorating for Halloween.

The first thing that you can do for decorations is to create a Graveyard. What you will need are brown paper sacks and a black permanent marker. What you will do is write on the brown paper sacks names and RIP. Then put two sticks on either side of the sack and stick them into the ground. You could also do this with cardboard.

Another decoration that is quick and easy is a Jack-o-Lantern. What you will need to do is get paper plates and a sheet of paper. Scribble orange color on the paper. Cut out two circles for the eyes. Then cut out a funny looking face. Glue them onto the plate to make a Jack-o-Lantern.

If you have a white trash bag, grab this out. Take the trash bag and cut strips in it. Stuff the bottom of the trash bag with old newspaper or paper to make a head. Draw on two eyes and then let it hang. This has now become a ghost.

Now, if you are into something a bit more creative, get a balloon, white yarn and some fabric stiffener glue. What you will want to do is blow the balloon up. Dip the yarn into the glue and let it air dry for a minute or two. Drape the yarn over the balloon and let it dry. Continue to do this until you have the balloon almost completely covered. Once everything has dried, stick a needle into the balloon to pop it and then remove the balloon. Now you have a standing ghost for a decoration.
